Music and art will enliven the streets of the creative district of Varna – Talyana, in the first week of September. The initiative is part of the Funcity + youth festival, which is organized by the Association Varna – European Youth Capital with the support of the Municipality of Varna. Started with #Dance in July, continued with #sports in August, this year the festival will end with #art and #music – from September 2nd to 8th inclusive.
